Client

The client is a digital health initiative dedicated to helping parents who have lost a child. Their goal was to offer a safe, stigma-free companion that could be there at any moment of grief.

While mental health apps exist, none are built for the unique needs of bereaved parents. General chatbots and AI therapy apps often respond in ways that feel shallow or even harmful. Early tests confirmed that off-the-shelf psychology AI tools weren’t safe for this audience.
